Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, or if your order is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist in resolving the issue.
To help us assess the issue, we may request photographs of the product and packaging.
